This beautiful, newly built, luxury 2 story home offers a spacious 2400 sqft of living space for up to 10 guests. It is situated in the renowned Providence Golf Club in Davenport, Orlando, Florida; just a 15 minute drive to Disney and everything that Orlando has to offer.
This modern style villa has a large and bright open plan living and dining area. Enjoy the large plush leather sofa which comfortably seats the entire family and unwind of an evening watching your favourite shows on the large 65″ television.
The kitchen is fully equipped with granite countertops and breakfast island as well as an American style drive freezer with ice maker and filtered water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher and halogen stove. Off the kitchen is a open plan formal dining area which seats 8 people.
This home is south facing so you’ll get plenty of sunshine throughout the day sitting out of pool deck and stretching out the luxury cushioned loungers. Or even an alfresco meal outdoors.
This villa boasts 5 bedrooms, one of which is downstairs with a Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom. There are 2 master rooms upstairs with king size beds both of which are ensuite, 2 twin rooms share a spacious jack and Jill between them.
TV and cable in all bedrooms too!
As you can see, we will take care of everything. Wifi, bed linen, towels, washer and dryer, iron and ironing table all included as well as an alarm system with a secure digital code.
