Now that Rutgers has its third different schedule for the fall, it’s time to actually look at the Scarlet Knights’ opponents and try to forecast what this season will look like.

Greg Schiano will get the chance to finally coach his team and kick off his second stint as Rutgers’ head coach. 

It won’t be an easy season for Rutgers as it navigates its eight-game, conference-only schedule as it tries to break a 21-game Big Ten losing streak. 

But maybe, just maybe, the Scarlet Knights will be able to escape with a couple victories.

Here’s a breakdown of the schedule and what each game will bring:

Oct. 24 at Michigan State

Series record: 3-8

Last time they played:
